      CHICKEN STEAM ROAST ( Without Oil)        Chicken Steam Roast  (Without Oil) Ingredients ! Chicken meat -------------- One and a half kg Chat masala ----------------- One teaspoon Red Chili ---------------------- Half teaspoon Ajinomoto--------------- Half a teaspoon   Yogurt --------------------------- A bowl   Lemons --------------------------- 2 Salt --------------------------- One teaspoon Hot spices powder-----------one teaspoon Garlic, ginger (paste)---------one tablespoon Cumin (ground)--------------- One and a half tea spoon Synthesis ! Wash and cut the chicken well . Beat the curd in a bowl .
