    Get up before sunrise (5 o'clock) and go for a walk of two or three      kilometers.

Always chew food thoroughly and eat it happily.

, Consume oily and sweet things only in limited quantity.

Walk for short distances whenever possible.

Do the household chores yourself

 - These tasks give the result of many exercises.

    Keep yourself busy.

    Keep a sense of dedication towards goal, purpose and work in life.

    Make a habit of drinking a lot of water

1. Drink lots of water everyday and eat

calorie free things.

2. Must have breakfast early in the morning,

many diseases are caused by not having fast.

3. Must follow this three number rule and include food items of these colors

 like carrots, oranges and  green vegetables in the food .

4. Keep eating something throughout the day, don't

   go long between meals

5. Try that there must be protein in the food.

6. Reduce spicy things in food.

7. Must take knowledge, green orange colored things while

   eating.         

8. If you want to lose weight, then reduce the amount of salt

   in the food.
