                              فرائی فش  اجزاء :- مچھلی (سرمئی یا پاپلیٹ )          ایک کلو  فائن آٹا                                   دو کپ  سرخ مرچ  (پسی ہوئی )            ایک کھانے کا چمچ  نمک                                     حسب ذائقہ  زیرہ (سفید پسا ہوا )                 ایک کھانے کا چمچ  ہلدی                                     ایک چاۓ کا چمچ  چائنیز نمک                            ایک چاۓ  کا چمچ  سفید سرکہ                              آدھا کپ  سویا ساس                              ایک کھانے کا چمچ  لیموں (بڑے )                         دو عدد (رس نکال لیں ) لہسن (پسا ھوا )                  ایک سے آدھا کھانے کا چمچ ترکیب :- سفید سرکہ مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں پر لگا کر بیس سے تیس منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں -   پسا زیرہ ،پسی مرچ  ،ہلدی ،لہسن ،سویا ساس ،نمک اور لیموں کا رس ،ان تمام اجزاء کو ملا کر  پیسٹ بنا لیں-  اب مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں کو  دھو کر خوب اچھی طرح مصالحہ پیسٹ لگائیں اور ڈیڑھ سے دو  گھنٹے ٹھنڈی جگہ  پر رکھ دیں - کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور فائن آٹا لگا کر ڈیپ فرائی کریں - آلو کے چپس اور ٹماٹو

Chicken meat -------------- One and a half kg Chat masala ----------------- One teaspoon Red Chili ---------------------- Half teaspoon Ajinomoto--------------- Half a teaspoon   Yogurt --------------------------- A bowl   Lemons --------------------------- 2 Salt --------------------------- One teaspoon Hot spices powder-----------one teaspoon Garlic, ginger (paste)---------one tablespoon Cumin (ground)--------------- One and a half tea spoon Synthesis !
