Lime Coconut Quench !
Ingredients

Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
1 ½
cups coconut water
½ cup
water (or more depending on desired cocentration )
1
Tbsp honey
1
Tbsp grated ginger root
Sea
salt to taste
Preparation;
Add
lemon and Lime juice to blender.
Add
coconut water,honey, ginger,sea salt and
water into blender.
Blend
it.
Drink up or keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

* Boil
8-10 cloves in 1 liter of water.
* Drinking lukewarm water is beneficial in cold
