be made fit, healthy and agile.
Nowadays
most of the work is done with the help of machines. Machines force man to keep working
in the same condition.
People sit or stand in bedrooms. This

stress and physical ailments. But this condition can be changed if we exercise
daily. One hour of exercise every day can keep a person away from various
physical and mental ailments.

drink should be done on time. A person can remain healthy by doing all the work
on time. By exercising,the arteries work properly and all the parts of the body
