Being fit strengthens our immunity and we can easily fight diseases like common cold, viral fever etc.

• Brisk walking, running, dancing, jogging, skating and karate are excellent exercises to stay fit.

• It is also important to be mentally healthy. Having a conducive environment that helps us grow as working adults is very important.

We should never ignore our health and try our best to stay fit.

People who do not exercise, gas starts forming in their stomach. His stomach gets bigger.

• Nowadays many types of exercise are popular. In ancient times, fighting or wrestling was considered as exercise.

• Waking up early in the morning to run in the open air, horse riding, swimming in a river or lake, wrestling in an arena or exercising by shaking hands and legs, etc. are many methods of exercise.

• The best means of exercise is sports. That is why there

is a special arrangement for sports in schools and colleges.

The meaning of exercise is to stretch and contract the

body in such a way that it can work in the right position.

Just as good food nourishes the body, in the same way

exercise keeps the body in proper condition for a long time. With exercise, the body can be made fit, healthy and agile.

Nowadays most of the work is done with the help of machines. Machines force man to keep working in the same condition.

 People sit or stand in bedrooms. This unhealthy condition gives rise

to mental stress and physical ailments. But this condition can be changed if we exercise daily. One hour of exercise every day can keep a person away from various physical and mental ailments.

Not only this, being free from mental anxiety,having physical strength and energy, he can perform his daily tasks well.

Food and drink should be done on time. A person can remain healthy by doing all the work on time. By exercising,the arteries work properly and all the parts of the body remain fine and work properly. A walk in the park in the morning improves eyesight. Thus we should be healthy and happy.

There are many types of exercise. According to the requirement of our body, we should choose such an exercise which is within our reach apart from fulfilling our physessay on importance of yoga.
