The Holy Quran was not revealed once, but it was revealed over a period of 23 years. The first revelation of the Holy Quran took place in the night of Qadr, the month of Ramadan, from the first five verses of Surah Al-Alak. In Surah Al-Qadr, the significance of the night on which the revelation of the Qur'an began has been described.

Beginning of Ramadan:

Fasting was made obligatory on Muslims on 10 Shawwal on 2 Hijri. Fasting is the second pillar in Islam and is obligatory on adult Muslim men and women. When the month of Ramadan is approaching, the Holy Prophet ﷺ delivers sermons containing the virtues, blessings, mercies and blessings of Ramadan and prepares the Companions to take full advantage of the blessings of Ramadan. This month of Mubarak is the month of patience and the reward of patience is paradise, this compassion is the month of grief and the means of escape from the fire of hell. This is the month in which the sustenance of the believers is increased in return for their good deeds.

Month of Dawat Fiqr:

Fasting is a shield due to which one is protected from the evils of the world. The person who fasts Ramadan with faith and with the intention of reward in the Hereafter. Allah will forgive all his sins. Those who have been created before this. Allah Almighty says in Swat al-Baqara: "O those people! Fasting has been enjoined upon you who have believed, as it was enjoined upon those before you, that you may become pious. Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh, may God bless him and grant him peace, says that the reality of fasting is stopping and there are many conditions for stopping. For example, fasting is to prevent the stomach from eating and drinking, the eye from lustful sight, the ear from listening to backbiting, the tongue from speaking nonsense and sedition, and the body from opposing the commandments of God.

When a person follows all these conditions then he will be truly fasting. "Where fasting is committed to the inner purity and spiritual health of a person, there is also a cure for his physical health and digestive system disorders. Then it is a recognized fact that overeating and untimely eating is the cause of gastrointestinal diseases, it does not develop the body properly, but due to disproportionate food and unspecified eating times, many people end up with obesity. . In order to prevent this irregularity throughout the year and to follow the principle of health and fitness, it was necessary that a person should be bound for thirty days. They should eat and drink at the appointed time and after the appointed time withdraw their hands from food and drink. Along with fasting, a person also gains physical health, and along with the blessings of the soul, his physical health gradually attains perfection. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Fast and you will be healed." Fasting is the zakat of the body. That is, just as wealth is purified by giving zakat, in the same way, the body is purified from diseases by fasting. Just as all the worships of Islam are better than all other religions, similarly, fasting is better than all the means of correction in the world and is comprehensive of all the benefits. It is also a practice to avoid sins throughout the year. There is also a test of the intensity and effect of hunger and thirst on oneself and the feeling of the pain of both sexes and the practice of persevering oneself in times of pain and distress and the struggle for the great success of the coming time. What can a person who can't control his desires for a few hours do in life and how can the position be enlarged by the difficulties of life. This month has been started in lunar calendar so that the exam can be conducted in every season.

Retreat:

The search for truth is in vain. It is the name of discovering life by drowning in your mind. I'tikaf is the name of offering devotion to one's creator and owner without being bothered by the entanglements of the world for a few days or shedding tears in God's presence and seeking forgiveness from oneself and asking for forgiveness for one's sins. The purpose of all worship in Islam is the worship of the Almighty God who created the color and fragrance of this universe. In the last ten days of Ramadan, thousands of people sit in Itikaf. The last decade of Ramadan is the decade of salvation from hell fire. Lailatul Qadr also falls in this year. The birthday of the Holy Quran is celebrated. The grand spiritual gathering of 27th Ramadan is also held in this decade. Naat meetings are held. People stay up all night. At the end of the night, they light the lamps of Yada-e-Ilahi. When they stand on the mosques for Tahajjud, the angels also shower flowers of mercy on them, do Repentance from sins in I'tikaf, abundance of forgiveness, seclusion from the world, increase in sincerity, opportunity to sigh at night, meeting with the elders about dreams and worldly events, maturity of meditation, worldly journey, wonder and bliss of divine manifestation. The conditions are very favorable for the opportunity to attain Ward Lailat al-Qadr, the pain of traveling home, solitude, and returning the blessings of association. It is worship.

Lailatul Qadr:

Qadr means greatness and honor. That night occurs in one of the five odd nights of the last decade of this blessed month. That is, (27, 25, 23, 21 and 29) does not occur in an odd night in any year and in another odd night, but it occurs in one of the five nights, so it is described to occur in different nights. . There are many wisdoms hidden in saying that Lailatul-Qadr is not fixed so that Muslims spend at least five odd nights in remembrance and worship of Allah in search of this night. If a night was fixed, people would wake up and worship on that night, and if that night was fixed, then those who worship on it would be regarded as having a great reward, but those who spend it in sins will also suffer severe punishment. It was done because they wasted it in disobedience to God while recognizing the Night of Qadr, so the requirement of mercy is that it should be kept hidden.
