                  Stir Fried Potato Chips  Full preparation time 30 minutes Cooking time 25 minutes How many people is it for? 6 persons Ingredients 1 :Half kg of potatoes  2: salt to taste  3: cloves of garlic 3 to 4 cloves  4: chopped red chillies 1 tablespoon  5: fresh parsley 3 to 4 stalks  6: lemon juice 3 to 4 tablespoons  7: cooking oil as required Step by Step Instructions - Preparation Recipe 1: Finely crush fresh garlic cloves and put them in a bowl of water with salt.  2: Peel and wash the potatoes and cut their fingers, then put these fingers in garlic water. 3 :Frying pan. Heat four to six tablespoons of cooking oil at a time and fry the potato fingers (add enough fingers in the pan to fry easily) until light golden.  4: Then heat the oven to 180C and place an oven tray  5: In a bowl mix finely chopped parsley and chopped red pepper with lemon juice and sprinkle over the cooled chips.  6: Spread these chips in an oven tray and bake until golden ( five to seven minutes).
